PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I’m a Product Designer focused on turning complex business processes into clear, scalable digital products.

Most recently, I worked as Product Designer at EXIO HR, where I worked in the design of a modular HR platform. To deeply understand HR processes, I completed a Master’s program in Human Resources delivered by OMD Consulting. This allowed me to move beyond interface design and truly understand the operational, structural, and governance challenges HR teams face.

In this role, I translated business rules, career models, organizational hierarchies, and data structures into scalable product experiences working closely with engineering around endpoints, and technical constraints, while also defining priorities, documenting decisions, and aligning stakeholders to ensure consistent product delivery.

Previously, as an independent UX/UI Designer, I worked on products such as Balmy (a crypto exchange platform focused on clarity and accessibility) and Arcane Mirage (a web-based platform for publishing Unreal projects). In these projects, I designed from early product concepts to responsive interfaces, UI kits, branded systems, and motion-driven assets.

Before transitioning fully into product, I worked as an Audiovisual Designer in Cautela a production company in Buenos Aires. That background continues to influence my approach to interaction design, bringing narrative awareness, timing, and motion sensitivity into digital experiences.

I’m particularly interested in designing systems that balance complexity and clarity, where product logic and user experience need to work seamlessly together.

BEYOND WORK

I'm a person who is always open to have new experiences that adds knowledge and culture to my life.

Traveling is one of the things that inspires me the most. I love discovering new places, understanding different cultures, and exploring food as a way to connect with people. Whenever I travel, I enjoy capturing what I see — not just the place itself, but the feeling of being there, through my own perspective.

Marine turtles — and especially dogs — hold a very special place in my life.

Music has always been part of who I am. I’ve gone through different genres over the years, but recently I realized that funk is the one that truly resonates with me. It’s the rhythm, the energy, the groove — it just feels right.

Throughout my life, I’ve taken courses in theater, guitar, singing, cooking, professional makeup, bartending, and more. Looking back, I’ve realized they all share something in common: creativity. Whether it’s performance, flavor, rhythm, or aesthetics, I’ve always been drawn to spaces where expression and experimentation are part of the process.
